On 16 October 2006 the Company completed its reverse acquisition of Upstream Asia Limited (“UAL”), and the Company’s name was changed to Upstream Marketing and Communications Inc. (“Upstream”).The Directors believe that the Group’s focus on delivering corporate and marketing communications services in the Asia Pacific region presents an excellent opportunity for profitable and sustainable growth.
